How to cancel my booking?

We do not support self-cancellation at this current moment, however, you can send the request to our 24/7 support team for the booking cancellation.

Before making the request, please read your booking cancellation policy carefully. - "Where can I find my booking cancellation policy?"

If the booking is still under the free cancellation period, you will not be charged any cancellation fee and you can simply send the cancellation request to using your email address which you used for your booking. or simply click submit a request and input the details as per below;

Cancellation Reason:

Our customer service representative will respond to your request within one hour.

By making the cancellation request, you have acknowledged the conditions of the following refund process - "How long does it take to get a refund?"

Note - If you are making a request using a different email address from your booking, please provide the following details for verification -

  1. Payment method
  2. The last 4 digits of the credit/debit card if the payment method is credit/debit card  
  3. Email address that you used for to make the booking
