How do I know if my booking was cancelled?

As soon as your booking is canceled in our system, we will send you an email confirming the cancellation of your booking.

If you haven't received the booking cancellation email, please reach out to our round-the-clock Happy Customer Team to resend the email immediately.

Before reaching out to our support, kindly check your spam/junk mail to make sure the email is not stored in your junk inbox.
