The booking can fail if the room was sold out while you were processing the payment or due to a technical error from the system.
Please don't worry, we'll always refund payments made for unsuccessful bookings.
Once a booking has failed, our payment gateway will automatically void/refund the transaction immediately and most of the time the holding payment from the bank will be released within a 24 to 48 hour period.
However, if you still did not receive the refund, please read ‘How long does it take to get a refund?’ for more details.
