I'm not staying at the hotel, can I change the guest name?

If your plans change and you want to give your booking to someone else, all you need to do is contact our Happy Customer Team for assistance.

Changing the guest name is fairly easy, however, some bookings may apply non-modification rules in the system.

In such cases, our agents will help you to contact the hotel or the local supplier to add the name which needs to be changed as a second guest name.

This way, your partner or friend can still check-in at the hotel as a second guest.
