My booking confirmed for a twin bed, but I need a double bed, can I change it?

The hotel may apply different price ranges for different bed types so therefore please contact our Happy Customer Team to inquire about the availability and fees of the bed type that you wish to modify.

Kindly note that the modification is only allowed when there is room availability and modification rules enable us to modify through the system.

Alternatively, you can make a request directly with the hotel front office about the possibility of changing the bed type, upon check-in at the hotel.
