Before proceeding with the modification of your booking, here are somethings to keep in mind:
1. Check your booking amendment & cancellation policy if it allows modification.
2. Any booking amendment request can take from 2 hours to 72 hours to be done, so make sure you still have time to modify the booking and get the hotel's confirmation.
All booking amendments require you to contact our customer support team for assistance, which will contact the hotel accordingly and make sure the hotel approves it and can confirm the amendment.
If you accidentally booked the wrong date, we'll do our best to help you change the dates from our end, although in most cases the hotel will need to also confirm it from their side. (An additional fee to the hotel may apply based on the requirements of the hotel, although HotelQuickly has no amendment fees).
However, in a case we are not allowed to amend the booking, our agents will help you to contact the hotel or local supplier to ask for the possibility of changing the date manually from their end. Please be patient as this process may take from 2 hours up to 72 hours, and booking amendment is not guaranteed before the confirmation of the hotel.
