If you're receiving payments with virtual credit cards (OTC - one time card), the credit card number is a part of the email and fax confirmation you receive from us after a successful booking. First, please check your booking confirmation email.
If it's not in the email, there are usually two reasons why:
- The hotel manager may have set a different payment method (not virtual credit card, but invoice or PayPal method). In this case, please check in Extranet in Hotel Settings box which payment method do you have setup.
- It's technical issue. In this case please reach out to our support and we'll find out what's wrong.
