Long loading times are usually due to one of three reasons:
- Your internet is down. Check your WiFi/3G/4G connection.
- Our server is down. On rare occasions when our server is down our IT support will be working their magic. Please try again later.
- There is a problem with the app. This is often solved by quitting and restarting the app.
If you’ve waited more than an hour and the app is still not loading properly, please send a screenshot of the error to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support team will report the issue to our IT department who will try to fix it right away.
