When a booking is canceled, HotelQuickly immediately voids and refunds the transaction. However, it may take days or even weeks before the money is returned to your account. Please note the processing time for each refund depends solely on the respective bank’s policies.
Refunds normally take seven to 14 business days.
Refunds may take up to 45 business days depending on your bank. In these cases, we’ll give you a Processor Authorisation Code that you can use to check on the refund process with your bank.

Refunds depend on the card used and processing times are similar to those for debit and credit cards. The duration of the refund process may differ based on your credit card or debit card issued bank.

Important Note - We are unable to refund the payment back to any of the payment above if the cancellation made after 180 days of booking confirmation. In this case, we will refund the payment as HotelQuickly credits and you can use this credits for new booking within 6 months period.
