Why was my card charged additional fees?

When you make a booking, our system first tries to charge your card in your local currency. If that currency is not supported by the app, the system will try to charge you in USD. In these cases, your bank may impose additional fees based on their policies for transactions in USD. To avoid these fees, HotelQuickly accepts payments in 23 currencies. 

Please note payments made using American Express cards are only accepted in the following currencies- USD, AUD, HKD, SGD, THB, NZD, EUR, IDR, MYR, TWD, VND, JPY.

Payments made with your PayPal balance will be charged in one of the currencies supported by Paypal.

We’re working on adding more payment options to make a booking through HotelQuickly easier and more convenient.
