Credit card expired. What should I do?

Our virtual credit cards (OTCs) used to pay for the rooms expire 7 days after a booking was made. If you haven't charged it yet,  we need to issue another credit card for you. It's not a problem, just approach us on support@hotelquickly.com and one of our Happy Customers Team agents will do it for you.

As a result you will receive a new booking confirmation email with the card details included.
