The hotel receptionist doesn't know about HotelQuickly. Is that normal?

This sometimes happens when there’s a new receptionist at the hotel who hasn't been briefed by management, or when the booking comes through one of the third parties we occasionally use.

In any case, you only need to present your booking number and your guest name in order to check-in.
