The hotel can't find my booking. What should I do ?

As soon as a booking is made in the app, our system automatically emails the hotel’s reservations department. Our team also calls the hotel’s front desk to personally confirm the reservation.

There are a couple reasons why the hotel may not have registered your booking. For example, if you arrive at the front desk a few minutes after booking, they may not have your name in the system yet. In any case, your booking number together with the guest name is all you need to provide to check in.

If you’ve given the booking number and guest name to the receptionist and they still can’t locate your booking, please give us a call. Though we’re fast with emails, for urgent concerns like this we ask you to please call our hotline so we can assist you immediately. We’re available 24/7 and are always happy to help.

While we finalize your booking, feel free to relax in the hotel lobby. Once everything is sorted, all that’s left is to enjoy your stay!
