My account is suspended. What should I do?

There are several reasons why our system may suspend an account. Some instances are when a person has made multiple accounts or when we detect an unauthorized payment by credit or debit card.

If you feel your account has been wrongfully suspended, please email our 24/7 Happy Customer Team at: support@hotelquickly.com. We’ll assist you by checking your account manually.

If you’ve just registered an account in our app and your account has been suspended, please reach out via hotline, chat or email -- we’ll be glad to help clarify and solve the issue.
