How can I get an invoice or a receipt?

You can generate the receipt yourself. Just open your HotelQuickly application, in menu go to My Bookings, find the booking you’d like to generate a receipt for and click on Generate receipt button.

Alternatively, you can also send an email to our Happy Customers Team ( with the following information:

  • Booking number
  • Your name
  • Billing address

Please note that we can issue only a receipt, not an invoice.
